You can opt into purchasing insurance on your products. However if you choose not to include insurance & your items are lost,never received or damanded you will not be reimbursed or given any replacements. 

RETURNS POLICY

We do not except returns on paint due to FDA Regulations on Cosmetic Makeup.

However if your product is defective or received in error we will review your item and make a decision within 1 week receipt.

 -No credit will be given if the pots are used and the items will be shipped back to the    customer.

 -Refunds will be on a Store Credit Basis only. No exceptions!

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will reimburse your shipping fees with Store Credit.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

SHIPPING
If your order is placed before 1:00 pm PST your item will ship same day. If it is placed after 1:00 pm PST it will be shipped out the following business day.  We will always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. Remember that Priority Shipping means it takes 2-3 days for the Post Office to get it in your hands on top of the normal in house processing, so please give your self plenty of time to receive your order.
